Common use of Run with the Land Clause in Contracts

Run with the Land. During the Project Term, this Agreement, and StadCo’s rights hereunder, each constitute an interest in the Land, and the Authority and StadCo intend that interest be non-revocable and assignable, in each case, in accordance with, but subject to the terms of this Agreement; and constitute an interest in real estate that runs with title to the Land, and inures to the benefit of and is binding upon the Authority, StadCo and their respective permitted successors in title and permitted assigns, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Run with the Land.
