Common use of Run with the Land Clause in Contracts

Run with the Land. The parties’ rights and obligations contained herein shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the Grantor and its successors and assigns (including, without limitation, the Owner(s) of the Lot(s) and any homeowner’s association owning common areas in the Development). Those rights and obligations shall inure to the benefit of the City, as well as its successors and assigns.
