Running Royalties. (i) COMPANY shall pay to THE PARTIES a running royalty of **** of NET SALES of LICENSED PRODUCT, LICENSED PROCESS, DISCOVERY PRODUCT or THERAPEUTIC COMPOUND by COMPANY, AFFILIATES and SUBLICENSEES.
