Common use of RUNOFF ELECTIONS Clause in Contracts

RUNOFF ELECTIONS. For each runoff election the Participating Entity has requested that the Election Officer conduct, the Participating Entity must make a payment equal to 75% of the projected costs for the runoff election no later than three business days after receiving that cost estimate from the Election Officer. The projected share of election costs will include an administrative fee that is equal to 10% of the total estimated cost of conducting the Participating Entity’s runoff election, excluding the costs of voting equipment.

RUNOFF ELECTIONS. For each runoff election the Participating Entity has requested that the Election Officer conduct, the Participating Entity must make a payment equal to 7560% of the projected costs for the runoff election no later than three business days after receiving that cost estimate from the Election Officer. The projected share of election costs will include an administrative fee that is equal to 10% of the total estimated cost of conducting the Participating Entity’s runoff election, excluding the costs of voting equipment.
