Common use of Runs with the Land Clause in Contracts

Runs with the Land. This Agreement shall constitute covenants running with the Property, as defined in the recitals above and the exhibits attached, shall act as a burden thereon, binding every person having a fee, leasehold, or other interest in any portion of the Property at any time or from time to time, and shall inure for the benefit of Grantee for the term set forth herein. This Agreement is enforceable by both Parties through any appropriate legal action, or other remedies specified in Utah law, including but not limited to specific performance, injunction, reversion, and payment of attorney’s fees and costs.
