For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Variable Charge shall include the transmission charges and transmission losses as on Bid Date upto the Delivery Point. It is clarified that for the purpose of billing, Variable Charge comprising of generating cost of electricity only shall be considered.
