Common use of (Rupees Clause in Contracts

(Rupees. only) as booking amount being part payment towards the Total Price of the Apartment/ Plot at the time of application the receipt of which the Promoter hereby acknowledges and the Allottee hereby agrees to pay the remaining price of the Apartment/ Flat as prescribed in the payment plan at Para No.1.4 above as may be demanded by the Promoter within the time and manner specified therein. Provided that if the Allottee(s) delays in payment towards any amount which is payable, he shall be liable to pay interest at the rate prescribed in the Rules. The obligations of the Allottee(s) to pay the amount and the liability towards interest as aforesaid may be reduced when mutually agreed to between the Promoter and the Allottee(s).
