Common use of Rural Preservation Area (RPA) Clause in Contracts

Rural Preservation Area (RPA). (a) The RPA will remain in the County’s regulatory jurisdiction for the term of this Agreement. (b) With its approval and adoption of this Agreement, Xxxxx determines that there is no community of interest between the RPA and Xxxxx during the term of this Agreement, and Xxxxx will not annex lands in the RPA. (x) Xxxxx affirms that it is not currently pursuing annexations within the RPA.

(b) With its approval and adoption of this Agreement, Xxxxx determines that there is no community of interest between the RPA and Xxxxx Lyons during the term of this Agreement, and Xxxxx Lyons will not annex lands in the RPA. (x) Xxxxx affirms that it is not currently pursuing annexations within the RPA.

(b) With 3.3.2 Within its approval and adoption of this Agreement, Xxxxx determines that there is no community of interest between the RPA and Xxxxx during the term of this Agreement, and Xxxxx will not annex lands in the RPA. (x) 3.3.3 Xxxxx affirms that it is not currently pursuing annexations within with the RPA.

(x) Xxxxx affirms that it is not currently pursuing annexations within the RPA.
