RUS Duties as Bond Servicer and Guarantor. 12.2.1 Bond Servicing To Be Performed by RUS. Bond servicing shall be performed by RUS, as agent for FFB, for so long as FFB shall be the Holder of the Bond. Payment by FFB for RUS's servicing of the Bond shall be made in accordance with section 12.3 hereof.
