RVSM Procedures. (1) ATS Units shall coordinate the provision of VSM of 2000 ft between RVSM approved civil aircraft and non-RVSM approved state aircraft operating as GAT at the transfer of control point. (2) In case RVSM will be suspended, the ATS Unit suspending RVSM shall coordinate with adjacent ATS Units with regard to the flight levels appropriate for the transfer of traffic. The ATS Unit suspending RVSM shall also coordinate applicable sector capacities with adjacent ATS Units, as appropriate.
