S EXPENSES. Debtor will pay Secured Party all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs and sales costs not offset against sales proceeds under paragraph 18 above, incurred by Secured Party in exercising any of its rights or remedies hereunder or enforcing any of the terms, conditions or provisions hereof. This obligation includes the payment or reimbursement of all such amounts whether an action is ultimately filed and whether an action filed is ultimately dismissed.
