Common use of S Representation Clause in Contracts

S Representation. The employer shall provide trade union or other accredited training to the OH&S Representatives and OH&S Committee Members to assist them to exercise their functions. The employer is to permit the Health & Safety Representatives and OH&S Committee members to take such time off work without loss of remuneration or other entitlements to attend trade union or other agreed OH&S courses and to enable them to perform their duties under this Agreement.
