S U everability. U Any provision of the agreement that is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will, as to such jurisdiction and to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed replaced with a valid and enforceable provision as similar as possible to the one replaced and all of the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
