Common use of Safe and Unrestricted Access Clause in Contracts

Safe and Unrestricted Access. At any reasonable time, you must let us or a person nominated by us (including our Metering Agent) safe and unrestricted access to the Premises when we need it: (a) to read the Meter; (b) to inspect or maintain or remove any Electricity Supply Equipment; (c) to disconnect the Electricity Supply Equipment; (d) to inspect or Work on Your Equipment; or (e) for any other reason having to do with the Contract.
