Common use of SAFE Compliance Clause in Contracts

SAFE Compliance. The Company shall take all reasonable steps to comply with, and to require all of the Company’s shareholders who, to the best knowledge of the Company after due inquiry, are PRC residents or PRC citizens, to comply with the applicable SAFE Rules and Regulations, including, without limitation, taking reasonable steps to require each of such shareholders to complete any registration and other procedures required under applicable SAFE Rules and Regulations.

SAFE Compliance. The Company and each of its Subsidiaries shall take all reasonable steps to comply with, and to require all of the Company’s shareholders who, to the best knowledge of the Company after due inquiryCompany, are PRC residents or PRC citizens, to comply with the applicable SAFE Rules and Regulations, including, without limitation, taking reasonable steps to require each of such shareholders shareholder that is, or is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by, a PRC resident or PRC citizen to complete any registration and other procedures required under applicable SAFE Rules and Regulations.
