Common use of Safe Deposit Box and Night Depository Business Clause in Contracts

Safe Deposit Box and Night Depository Business. The Purchaser shall assume and discharge from and after the Closing Date, the duties and obligations of the Seller with respect to the Branch’s safe deposit box and night depository business. The Purchaser shall maintain all necessary facilities for the use of such boxes by the renters thereof and night deposit facilities by the users thereof, during the period for which such persons have paid rent therefor in advance to the Seller, subject to the provisions of the written rental and night depository agreements between the Seller and the respective renters of such boxes or users of such night depository facilities delivered to the Purchaser.
