Common use of Safe Deposit Box Business Clause in Contracts

Safe Deposit Box Business. (a) As of the Effective Time, the Purchaser will assume and discharge the Seller’s obligations with respect to the safe deposit business at the Branches, if any, in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts or rental agreements related to such business, and the Purchaser will maintain all facilities necessary for the use of such safe deposit boxes by persons entitled to use them.
