SAFE DISCLOSURE. The University and the Association recognize that, in accordance with the Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) Act of Manitoba, no reprisals shall be taken against an employee who has sought advice about or made a disclosure of a wrongdoing as defined in the Act.
