Safe Harbor Leases; Tax-Exempt Use Property. Except as is set forth in Section 2.11.10 of the Compugraphics Disclosure Schedule, as of the date of this Agreement, none of the property of Compugraphics is subject to a safe-harbor lease (pursuant to section 168(f)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as in effect after the Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 and before the Tax Reform Act of 1986) or is "tax-exempt use property" (within the meaning of section 168(h) of the Code) or "tax-exempt bond financed property" (within the meaning of section 168(g)(5) of the Code).
