Safeguards Against Misuse of Information. Administrator agrees that it will implement appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information in any manner other than pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Business Associate Agreement. Administrator shall implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Electronic Protected Health Information that it creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of Reinsureds, as required by the Security Standards.

Safeguards Against Misuse of Information. Administrator Manager agrees that it will implement all appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information in any manner other than pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Business Associate Agreement. Administrator shall Manager further agrees to implement administrative, physical and technical safeguards consistent with the requirements of the Security Rule that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, integrity and availability of the Electronic electronic Protected Health Information that it creates, receives, maintains, maintains or transmits on behalf of Reinsureds, as required by the Security StandardsPRACTICE.
