Safety and Severability. Should any article, clause or section of this Agreement be declared illegal in a final decision by a court of competent jurisdiction, said article, clause or section, as the case may be, shall be automatically deleted from this Agreement to the extent that it violates the law. The remaining articles, clauses and sections shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement.
