Common use of Safety Audit Reports Clause in Contracts

Safety Audit Reports. Within ten (10) days after any such report is submitted, a copy of any safety audit report with respect to the Project submitted by the Borrower (or on behalf of the Borrower) or the Operator to any Governmental Authority; provided that the Borrower shall not be required to disclose information in any such report to the extent it is prohibited from doing so by Governmental Rule.
