Safety Features. Buyer shall install and operate the goods and any equipment on which Seller has performed the services properly and according to Seller’s operating instructions and shall not remove or change any safety device, warning or operating instructions that Seller placed on the goods or other equipment. Buyer is responsible for providing the necessary training necessary to properly, safely and effectively run and maintain the goods, components, equipment or machinery provided by Seller.

Safety Features. The FD is comprised of appropriate responses by SFINCS to two simulated safety-related Events. One Event will require a shutdown; this can be, for example, an occurrence of high winds. Safety Features. New Equipment and new Parts include safety features as shown in Seller’s drawings. If Buyer requests additional safety features, Seller may impose additional charges. Buyer is solely responsible for determining and assessing the adequacy of warnings and safety features, including, but not limited to, determining and assessing whether warnings and safety features satisfy and comply with local legal requirements and safety practices. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities if warnings or safety features provided with Equipment or Parts fail to satisfy and comply with local legal requirements and safety practices. Buyer also assumes all risks and liabilities if any warnings or safety features on Equipment or Parts are defaced, removed, modified or deactivated.

Safety Features. The safety features of all physical fitness equipment must be used at all times. If you are unsure of how to use a piece of physical fitness equipment or machine, you should obtain instructions from the staff or personal trainers or call the number posted in the gym. You must not use the equipment if you are not sure how to use it or if you have any other concerns.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work.   • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
