Safety Management Program Sample Clauses

Safety Management Program. The Contractor shall have a designed Safety Management Program to provide a physical environment free of hazards to staff, patients and visitors, and to manage staff activities in order to reduce the risk of human injury. Such Safety Management Program designed by the Contractor shall be subject to approval by KJO. The Contractor shall ensure that such Safety Management Program is effectively implemented at its own risk and cost.
