Safety of Licensed Products. All Licensed Products shall be listed and approved by all required listing and approval agencies and shall meet all applicable and then in-effect industry standards and governmental regulations, including, without limitation, SAE and ISO standards. Upon request, any Licensee must promptly submit copies of certificates or other documents confirming that the Licensed Products hereunder meet then in-effect industry standards and government regulations. Under no circumstance is a Licensee permitted to sell under any Licensed Trademarks such Licensed Products which do not meet such standards and/or regulations in connection with the Licensed Products.
