Common use of Safety of Product Clause in Contracts

Safety of Product. (s). GRELAN represents and warrants that it has not received any notification of, and has no knowledge that there is now pending or that there have been any Japan judicial or administrative orders to ban the development or use of any Venture Products GR and that GRELAN has no knowledge of any adverse reactions or test results encountered or discovered regarding the use of any Venture Products GR which would render such products unsuitable or unsafe for the purpose contemplated by this Agreement, which have not been disclosed to BIONUMERIK.
