Common use of Sage Compliance Clause in Contracts

Sage Compliance. Regardless of any other provision in this Agreement, Sage shall not be obliged to do, or omit to do, any act which would, in its reasonable opinion, put it in breach of any of the Anti- Bribery Requirements.
