Sage Warranties. We warrant that the Service will perform materially in accordance with the Documentation. The warranty in this clause 10.2 shall only apply provided you use the Service in accordance with our operating instructions (including any instructions set out in the Documentation) and provided that the Service has not been modified or altered by anyone other than us, or our duly authorised consultants, subcontractors or agents acting under our explicit instruction.
