SALARY AND/OR VARIABLE COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS. Other than as herein provided, there shall be no cost-of-living increase or merit increase in the Annual Base Salary or increases in any variable compensation payable to the Executive unless agreed to in writing by the Reporting Manager. The Reporting Manager shall review annually the Annual Base Salary and all other compensation to be received by the Executive under this Agreement along with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
