Salary and PTO Clause Samples
The "Salary and PTO" clause defines the employee's compensation and entitlement to paid time off. It typically outlines the base salary amount, payment frequency, and the number of days or hours of paid leave the employee is eligible to take each year, such as vacation or personal days. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial and leave benefits provided, helping to prevent misunderstandings regarding pay and time off entitlements.
