Common use of Salary and Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Salary and Reimbursements. Regardless of the reason for termination, the Company will pay Executive on the first regularly scheduled payroll date following Executive’s Termination Date any Base Salary accrued but unpaid as of Executive’s Termination Date, the value of any accrued paid time off unused by Executive as of Executive’s Termination Date, and any unpaid Expense Reimbursement, so long as the Expense Reimbursement complies with the Company guidelines for such requests.
