Salary Continuation Under Limited Circumstances. In the event UGSI terminates the employment of Executive with notice as set forth in paragraph 3.1.3, or Executive terminates the employment relationship for Cause under paragraph 3.1.5, UGSI will pay to Executive an amount equal to one year of his salary and any bonus to which Executive might otherwise be entitled. Any unvested UGSI stock options shall continue to vest in accordance with the vesting schedule set forth in paragraph 2.3.
