Salary Limitations. The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 (Pub. L. 112- 74), enacted December 23, 2011, limits the salary amount that may be awarded and charged to ACF grants and cooperative agreements. Award funds issued under CCDF may not be used to pay the salary of an individual at a rate in excess of the annual maximum federal pay rate designated as Executive Level II. The maximum annual Executive Level II salary of the Federal Executive Pay scale is $181,500 (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/oca/13tables/html/ex.asp). This amount reflects an individual’s base salary exclusive of fringe and any income that an individual may be permitted to earn outside of the duties to the applicant organization. This salary limitation also applies to sub-awards/subcontracts under an ACF grant or cooperative agreement.

Salary Limitations. No salaries shall be paid to an individual that charges time either directly or indirectly against the WIOA programs, that exceeds the Executive Level II of the federal executive pay scale. This is true regardless of whether the individual charges all or a portion of their salary directly or indirectly against these programs.
