Sale and Leaseback Transactions; Other Agreements. (a) Except in connection with the treatment of the Xxxxxx Xxxx Lease as a sale and leaseback transaction, for accounting purposes only, directly or indirectly, enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for any VSE Entity to lease or rent property that such VSE Entity has sold or will sell or otherwise transfer to such Person; or

(a) Except in connection with the treatment of the Xxxxxx Xxxx Walker Lane Lease as a sale and leaseback transaction, for accounting purposes only, directly or indirectly, enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for any VSE Entity to lease or rent property that such VSE Entity has sold or will sell or otherwise transfer to such Person; or

(a) Except in connection with the treatment of the Xxxxxx Xxxx Lease as a sale and leaseback transaction, for accounting purposes only, in connection with the capital expenditures permitted in accordance with Section 6.15(e), directly or indirectly, enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for any VSE Entity Borrower to lease or rent property that such VSE Entity Borrower has sold or will sell or otherwise transfer to such Person; or
