Sale and Offering Documents. At the request of GBRA, the WCID shall provide to GBRA such information concerning the WCID as GBRA shall deem advisable for inclusion in the Sale and Offering Documents for the Bonds of each series and shall certify to GBRA and the underwriters (or to the Texas Water Development Board, if applicable) of any offering of Bonds to be made by means of such Sale and Offering Documents when and if the WCID deems such Sale and Offering Documents to be complete and final for purposes of CFR § 240.15c2-12 (the “Rule”). The WCID represents and warrants that all statements concerning the WCID that are contained in any Sale and Offering Document shall be true in all material respects and shall not omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements made in such Sale and Offering Document, in the light of the circumstances in which they are made, not misleading.
