Common use of SALE AND PURCHASE OF NOTES Clause in Contracts

SALE AND PURCHASE OF NOTES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Obligors will issue and sell to the Purchasers and the Purchasers will purchase from the Obligors, at the Closing provided for in Section 3, Notes in the principal amount and of the series specified opposite such Purchaser's name for purchase by such Purchaser at the Closing in Schedule A, at the purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.

SALE AND PURCHASE OF NOTES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Obligors will issue and sell to the Purchasers each Purchaser and the Purchasers each Purchaser will purchase from the Obligors, severally and not jointly, at the Closing provided for in Section 3, Notes in the principal amount and of the series specified opposite such Purchaser's below its name for purchase by such Purchaser at the Closing in Schedule A, A at the purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.

SALE AND PURCHASE OF NOTES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Obligors Company will issue and sell to the Purchasers each Purchaser and the Purchasers each Purchaser will purchase from the ObligorsCompany, at the Closing provided for in Section 3, Notes of the series and in the principal amount and of the series specified opposite such Purchaser's ’s name for purchase by such Purchaser at the Closing in Schedule A, A at the purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.

SALE AND PURCHASE OF NOTES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each of the Obligors will issue to you and sell to the Purchasers and the Purchasers you will purchase accept from the Obligors, at the Closing provided for in Section 3, Notes in substitution for the Prior Notes in the principal amount and of the series specified opposite such Purchaser's your name for purchase by such Purchaser at the Closing in Schedule A, A at the purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.
