Common use of Sale and Purchase of Stock Clause in Contracts

Sale and Purchase of Stock. At the Closing referred to in Section 1.3 below, Seller will sell to Buyer, and Buyer will purchase from Seller, all his or its shares of the Company Stock for the consideration set forth in Section 1.2.
