Sale and Settlement Date. The Lead Manager will procure that the sale of the Sale Shares under clause 2.1 shall be effected: (a) subject to clause 2.2(b), on the Trade Date, by way of one or more special crossings (in accordance with the Operating Rules of ASX) at the Sale Price, with settlement to follow on a T+2 basis in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules (Settlement Date); and (b) in respect of any Restricted Shares (as defined in clause 2.7), in accordance with clause 2.8.
