SALE AND TRANSFER OF COMPANY'S STOCK. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Trustee shall not sell, hypothecate, pledge, assign or otherwise transfer the stock of the Company, or any interest whatsoever therein, held pursuant to this Agreement.
