Common use of Sale, Disposition or Encumbrance of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Sale, Disposition or Encumbrance of Collateral. Except as may be permitted by the provisions hereof or of the Indenture, Pledgor will not in any way encumber any of its rights in or to any of the Collateral (or permit or suffer any of the Collateral to be encumbered) or sell, pledge, assign, lend or otherwise dispose of or transfer any of the Collateral to or in favor of any Person other than Secured Party. The Pledgor is not, and will not become, a party to or be otherwise bound by any agreement, other than this Agreement or as permitted by the Indenture, which restricts in any manner the rights of any present or future holder of any of the Collateral. Except as may be permitted by the Indenture, Pledgor shall not consent to or approve the issuance to any person of any additional partnership interests of any type in Eldorado Casino Shreveport, or any other interest in the assets of, or rights to distributions from, Eldorado Casino Shreveport.
