Common use of Sale Event Payment Clause in Contracts

Sale Event Payment. These provisions are intended to assure and encourage in advance the Executive’s continued attention and dedication to her assigned duties and her objectivity during the pendency and after the occurrence of any Sale Event (as defined below).
