Common use of Sale-Leaseback Clause in Contracts

Sale-Leaseback. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties acknowledge and agree that a portion of this transaction is structured as a sale leaseback, whereby Lessor shall purchase the equipment from Lessee for purposes of leasing the equipment back to Lessee in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Sale Leaseback Agreement dated February 1, 2024, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Sale-Leaseback. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties acknowledge and agree that all or a portion of this transaction is structured as a sale leaseback, whereby Lessor shall purchase the equipment from Lessee for purposes of leasing the equipment back to Lessee in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Sale Leaseback Agreement dated February 1July 14, 20242023, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties acknowledge and agree that a portion of this transaction Lease is structured as a sale leaseback, whereby Lessor shall purchase the equipment Property from Lessee for purposes of leasing the equipment back to Lessee in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Sale Leaseback Agreement dated February 1March 14, 2024, a copy of which is attached hereto 2014 and incorporated hereinherein by reference.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties acknowledge and agree that a portion of this transaction Lease is structured as a sale leaseback, whereby Lessor shall purchase the equipment Property from Lessee for purposes of leasing the equipment back to Lessee in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Sale Leaseback Agreement dated February 1October 16, 2024, a copy of which is attached hereto 2013 and incorporated hereinherein by reference.
