Sale Leasebacks. No Credit Party shall engage in any sale-leaseback, synthetic lease or similar transaction involving any of its assets.
Sale Leasebacks. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in a sale leaseback, synthetic lease or similar transaction involving any of its assets.
