Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.10, 6.11 or 6.12 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03(a), 6.05(a), 6.10 or 6.11 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in (i) Section 6.01 or 6.02 and such failure continues for five Business Days or (ii) any of Section 6.03(a); solely with respect to the Loan Parties, 6.05(a), 6.10 or 6.11 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.03(a) or 6.05 (as to the Borrower) or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.10, or 6.11 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.05, 7.10, 7.11 or 7.13 or Article VIII or
Specific Covenants. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of 6.03(a), 6.05(a) (solely with respect to the Borrower), 6.11 or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12 or 6.13 or Article VII, or any Guarantor fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement (after taking into account any applicable grace periods) contained in the Guaranty; or
Specific Covenants. The Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or, in the case of Section 7.13, Holdings, fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a) or 6.05(a) (solely with respect to the Borrower) or Article VII; or
Specific Covenants. (i) The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.10 and such failure continues for five (5) Business Days after notice thereof is provided to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent; or
(ii) The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.02(d), 6.03(a), 6.03(b), 6.05(a), 6.11 or Article VII; or
