Sale Notice Revocable. A Sale Notice is revocable by the Relevant Seller, by notice received by the Trustee (and copied to the Manager) prior to the close of business (Sydney time) 4 Business Days before the proposed Closing Date. If no such notice is received by the Trustee and the Manager by that time, the Sale Notice is then irrevocable.
