Sale of Additional Debentures. The Purchaser acknowledges that between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, the Company shall have the right (but not the obligation) to issue and sell to $30,000,000 of Convertible Debentures (inclusive of the $17,385,210 of Convertible Debenture previously issued), as contemplated by Section 3.8(a) above.
