Common use of Sale of Aircraft by Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

Sale of Aircraft by Mortgagee. Is Binding Any sale or other conveyance of the Trust Indenture Estate, or any part thereof (including any part thereof or interest therein), by the Mortgagee made pursuant to the terms of this Trust Indenture shall bind the Note Holders and shall be effective to transfer or convey all right, title and interest of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Owner Participant and such holders in and to such Trust Indenture Estate or part thereof. No purchaser or other grantee shall be required to inquire as to the authorization, necessity, expediency or regularity of such sale or conveyance or as to the application of any sale or other proceeds with respect thereto by the Mortgagee.
