Sale of Bonds and Deposit of Proceeds. In order to provide funds for the refunding of the Prior Bonds, the Authority, on the date specified in the Bond Purchase Agreement or as soon thereafter as practicable, and concurrently with the issuance and delivery to the Trustee of the Note as provided in Section 4.01 hereof, will issue, sell and deliver the Bonds, all pursuant to and as provided in the Bond Purchase Agreement and subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2.06 of the Indenture, and will deposit the proceeds of such sale including the accrued interest, if any, paid by the initial purchasers of the Bonds in the Project Fund.
