Common use of Sale of Company Shares Clause in Contracts

Sale of Company Shares. 2.01 Whenever the Company, or its agent, shall sell or cause to be sold any Shares of a Fund, the Company, or its agent, shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Bank a document duly specifying: (i) the name of the Fund whose Shares were sold; (ii) the number of Shares sold, trade date, and price; (iii) the amount of money to be delivered to the Custodian for the sale of such Shares and specifically allocated to such Fund; and (iv) in the case of a new account, a new account application or sufficient information to establish an account.

Sale of Company Shares. 2.01 Whenever the Company, or its agent, Company shall sell or cause to be sold any Shares of a Fund, the CompanyCompany or its agents, or the shareholder or its agent, agent shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Bank a document duly specifying: (i) the name of the Fund whose Shares were sold; (ii) the number of Shares sold, trade date, and price; (iii) the amount of money to be delivered to the Custodian for the sale of such Shares and specifically allocated to such Fund; and (iv) in the case of a new account, a new account application or sufficient information to establish an account.

Sale of Company Shares. 2.01 Whenever the Company, or its agent, Distributor of the Company shall sell or cause to be sold any Shares of a Fund, the Company, or its agent, Distributor shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Bank a document duly specifying: (i) the name of the Fund whose Shares Share were sold; (ii) the number of Shares soldsold or the total dollar amount to be invested, trade date, and price; (iii) the amount of money to be delivered to the Custodian for the sale of such Shares and specifically allocated to such Fund; and (iv) in the case of a new account, a new account application or sufficient information to establish an account.
