Common use of Sale of Consideration Shares Clause in Contracts

Sale of Consideration Shares. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, Equity Transfer Agreements and in accordance with applicable law, as the part of consideration of Acquisitions contemplated under Equity Transfer Agreements, the Company hereby agrees to allocate to BVI II, and BVI II agrees to accept, 3,050,000 shares of Common Stock (the “Consideration Shares”).

Sale of Consideration Shares.
